Infiniti Finance Customer Service: A Frustrating Experience

As I sit here, writing this article, I am filled with frustration and anger towards Infiniti finance customer service. My experience has been nothing short of appalling, and I hope that by sharing my story, others who have faced similar issues will find some comfort in knowing they are not alone.

I purchased my Infiniti vehicle this summer, excited to finally have a car that could accommodate my family of five comfortably. With three children, myself, my fiancé, and my father, we were thrilled to have a reliable ride. But little did I know that our happiness would be short-lived.

The problems started soon after I purchased the vehicle. The fuel pump failed, and I had to replace it. But that was just the beginning. The ECM (Engine Control Module) was diagnosed as faulty, so I had it replaced. Still, the issues persisted. Both fuel pumps needed to be replaced, along with new plugs and coils.

Despite these efforts, my vehicle continued to shut down unexpectedly, leaving me stranded on the side of the road. The most frightening experience was when it happened in the middle of a highway, and I almost lost control of the car. The engine shut off again during this incident, and I had to restart it after several attempts.

I contacted Infiniti's consumer affairs team, hoping for some assistance or guidance. But instead, they refused to help me, citing that they couldn't do anything about my situation. When I asked about a buyback option, they also declined.

In desperation, I took my vehicle to an independent mechanic, who found the problem with the current code and fixed the issue temporarily. However, the engine shut off again during driving, and I had to limp it to the nearest Infiniti dealership for assistance.

The technician at the dealership was shocked by the video evidence of the engine shut-off incident and seemed genuinely sorry for my ordeal. But when I asked about roadside assistance, I was told that Infiniti's service refused to help with towing or any other services.

As I sit here, still struggling to come to terms with this frustrating experience, I can't help but wonder how a reputable company like Infiniti could treat their customers so poorly. My vehicle is now at the dealership, and I'm left wondering what the future holds for me and my family.
